Location
To serve you better, Doyen Medipharm has service personnel located around the globe. Installation of your machine will be performed by a service technician from our Florida, USA, Wymondham, UK, or Kulim, Malaysia service centres.

Warranty
We strongly recommend that all installation and service of Doyen machinery be “carried out” by our certified service personnel. Customers electing to do their own installation may jeopardize warranty privileges (typically 12 months for all machines) if installation errors occur. The estimated installation and training time will be stated in our proposal. Any additionally requested training time will be billed at our standard rates. There will be no minimum charge for a service call. It is the Customer’s responsibility to uncrate and set the new machine (unit) into position for running, to make necessary service connections (such as electricity, air, water, etc.), and to have the necessary personnel, product, and packaging materials available before the service technician arrives.

Cost estimates
The estimated time required for installation will be given in writing upon request. There will be no minimum charge for installation. Rates are shown on the Customer Care home page.
