Spares are classified into three categories:
Regular Replacement Components - Wear parts
Infrequent Replacement Components - Parts that have a reasonable likelihood of requiring replacement _with in 2 year of normal operation
Long Lead Time Components - Critical parts

All spare categories are held in quarantine stock areas in the manufacturing locations. Spares are exclusively for use by customers and are not accessible for manufacturing or other purposes. We regularly review our spares level to ensure we always have spares to cover our customer requirements.
We review spares utilization with customers on a regular basis and will undertake to hold any reasonable level of spares on their behalf.
